These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hydrospherecorp.link and your contact with Hydrosphere Plumbers ("we," "us" or "our"). By using this website or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.
Who performs the work
Hydrosphere Plumbers connects you with independent licensed plumbers who perform the work. We are a referral and dispatch service; we are not the licensed contractor of record. The independent licensed plumber who comes to your home performs the work and is responsible for it, including any required permits and code compliance.
Licensing and verification
Every plumber we send is licensed and insured in New Jersey. You are encouraged to verify credentials before work begins: request the plumber's New Jersey master-plumber license number and verify it through the New Jersey State Board of Examiners of Master Plumbers, and ask for proof of insurance and written warranty terms. We do not publish license numbers, certifications or guarantees on this website.
Estimates and pricing
- Any price ranges or planning figures shown on this website are general research-based references, not quotes, guarantees or offers.
- The actual price for any job is provided by the plumber after inspecting the work, and is confirmed before work begins.
- Emergency, after-hours and weekend work may be priced differently, and any such charges are explained separately from the repair scope before you approve them.
- You are responsible for approving the scope and price before work proceeds.
Scheduling and response times
We answer calls 24 hours a day and dispatch the nearest available plumber, but we do not guarantee a specific arrival time unless one is expressly confirmed for your job. Response times depend on demand, weather, distance and availability.
